Things You Should Know...

We have listed here all the important information you need during a soccer season. If the information you are looking for is not found on this site, please do not heistate to contact us.

Lightning Policy

Refund Policy

The Drillers current policy for fee refunds is no refund once the player has accepted a position on the team. The only exception to this rule is if there is a medical reason, which has developed since the player accepted a position on the team, which prohibits that player from continuing to play. A letter from a medical doctor must be provided to the club in order to obtain the refund. While we can appreciate that personal circumstances may change we have set this policy because it is impossible to properly plan and operate as a club without such a policy in place. Withdrawal from a team after accepting a position puts the club and team in the unfortunate situation of not being able to fill the position with another player.

Fee Assistance Policy

The Edmonton Drillers will work with families to assist with fees when necessary.

The Drillers will work with parents to help submit application for assistance from the following programs:

Kids Alberta will cover up to $250 per player per calendar year.

Jumpstart will cover up to $150 per player. Apply For Jumpstart

Edmonton Drillers Youth Soccer Waiver

Through recommendation from the coach the club will waive team fees in certain circumstances.

Payment Plans
