Once a player has accepted a spot on a team, all fees and supporting cheques are required.
Registration fee payment plans are available to all families.

Grassroots Program:
Full Refund: Cancellations made within 14 days of registration will receive a full refund.
Partial Refund (50%): Cancellations made more than 14 days after registration and at least 30 days before the season start date will receive a 50% refund.No Refund:
If a cancellation is made less than 30 days before the season start date.
If registration occurs less than 30 days before the season start date and subsequently cancelled.Medical Exemptions: Cancellations due to medical reasons that arise after the player has been registered in the Grassroots Program may be eligible for a refund. A letter from a licensed medical doctor must be provided. Please note that letters from chiropractors or psychologists will not be accepted.
U8 - Adult Programs:
No Refund: Once a player has accepted a position on a team, no refunds will be issued.Medical Exemptions: Cancellations due to medical reasons that arise after the player has accepted a team position may be eligible for a refund. A letter from a licensed medical doctor must be provided. Letters from chiropractors or psychologists will not be accepted.
General Notes: We understand that personal circumstances may change, but our refund policy is necessary to ensure the smooth operation and planning of our club. Withdrawals from teams after accepting a position create challenges for both the club and the team, as it is difficult to replace players at short notice. Therefore, the outlined policy will be strictly enforced.
